Job Summary:
This role will support Inspire’s enterprise data initiative by designing and maintaining scalable data infrastructure and enabling data-driven decision making across the organization. We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer for our corporate office in Phoenix. The Data Engineer will report to the SVP, FP&A and will be responsible for helping develop and maintain structured relational data that sits on top of our ERP and other core systems, analyzing large data sets, and data visualization. This role requires the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships within a collaborative team. This position plays a critical role in improving data accessibility, reporting accuracy, and operational insights across Finance and Operations.
What You'll Do

- Research, design, propose, build, and implement solutions for initiatives, inclusive of software implementations, custom development, reporting solutions, and workflows.
- Lead and support ongoing activities of administration, configuration, and support of key systems following established practices and processes
- Partner with stakeholders to process analysis and requirements gathering with guidance
- Complete assignment within context of software development lifecycle and project management standards inclusive of but not limited to: technical designs, estimating, status updates, source control management, testing, bug fixing, deployment
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data architecture, data warehousing approaches, and ETL processes to ensure accuracy, availability, and scalability
- Develop and deliver data visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

- Provide written and verbal explanations/information on complex issues that ensures comprehension by audience
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks for multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Must be self-directed; able to work independently and as a team player with a high degree of urgency and initiative
- Bachelor’s Degree and strong academic record in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- 3+ years developing new and maintaining existing data models/data warehouses
- 3+ years designing and creating reports/dashboards that present complex data in simple, effective data visualizations
- Advanced proficiency with business intelligence/reporting tools, with preference for PowerBI
- Experience with Manage America preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with ETL tools, with preference for Fabric Python Notebooks and Azure Data Factory
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
- Intermediate proficiency with SharePoint desirable
- Relevant certifications desirable
