Job Summary:
The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the systems, processes, data, and technology that connect our marketing efforts to our sales results.
With a primary focus on HubSpot and CRM operations, this role will help ensure leads are captured correctly, routed quickly, followed up on consistently, and accurately tracked throughout the customer journey. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support CRM administration, reporting, dashboards, workflows, automations, data integrity, user adoption, and ongoing process improvements across the organization.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves systems, data, organization, problem-solving, and making processes work better. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable troubleshooting a CRM issue, building a dashboard, cleaning data, testing an automation, and helping a team member understand how to use the system correctly.
What You'll Do
-
Serve as a primary day-to-day resource for HubSpot, supporting users, processes, reporting, and ongoing CRM optimization.
-
Assist with HubSpot user administration, permissions, teams, properties, views, pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, tasks, and other CRM configurations.
-
Support the management and optimization of contacts, companies, deals, activities, tasks, forms, lists, workflows, sequences, campaigns, and reporting.
-
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into lead generation, sales activity, lead response, pipeline progression, conversion rates, user adoption, and marketing performance.
What We're Looking For
This person is naturally curious about how things work—and how they could work better.
They notice when leads aren't being followed up on. They question why numbers don't match. They want to know why a workflow didn't fire, why a lead landed at the wrong community, or why a dashboard isn't telling the full story. Then, they dig in and help fix it.
They don't just know how to click around in HubSpot. They understand that the CRM exists to help the business respond faster, work smarter, create accountability, improve conversion, and ultimately sell more homes.
The mindset: Keep the data clean. Keep the leads moving. Keep the system working. Make the numbers useful.
