Job Summary:

The Housekeepers’ responsibility is to ensure that all manufactured homes and communities are clean and tidy to provide our residents with a clean, safe, and engaging community experience. 

What You'll Do

The essential functions below describe the general requirements of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. Incumbents may perform all or most of the primary accountabilities listed below. Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the incumbent’s performance objectives as outlined by the incumbent’s immediate supervisor or manager.

  • Cleans the community office, clubhouse, public access areas, and models as directed, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and removing trash.
  • Cleans the rental(s) to prepare for new guests.
  • Keeps the rentals and common areas clean and maintains them to the Company’s standards.
  • Keeps track of the cleaning supply inventory and requests refills as needed. 
  • Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas, vacant, or rental homes to the Community Manager. 
  • Assists the maintenance staff and other staff members as needed. 
  • Helps with cleaning up before and after community-sponsored guest activities and functions. 
  • Assists the Community Manager in responding to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner with patience and concern. 
  • Solves guest-related problems and address conflicts with a positive attitude. 
  • May also drive a motorized vehicle to run errands and/or pick up supplies as needed. 
  • Works closely with management and the management staff to maintain open communication and ensures that the community team is integrated and coordinated. 
  • Provides outstanding customer service. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • One plus year of previous, related experience is preferred.
  • On-the-job training is offered upon hire.
