Job Summary:

Are you a strong Accounts Payable professional with experience processing in a high-volume environment? At Inspire Communities, we're loking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support timely vendor payments and accurate recordskeeping. If you're organized, detail-oriented and want to impact one of the nation's largest owner and operators of manufactured home communities, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

Review and process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and care
Ensure payments are timely, properly authoried, and policy-compliant
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment questions
Support 1099 preparation and year-end reporting
Handle clerical tasks like sorting mail and managing supplies, as needed

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to work on-site from our Phoenix, AZ HQ
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and modern ERP softwares such as Yardi, NetSuite, or other related software
Familiarity with real estate, property management, or manufactured housing strongly preferred
A team player with sharp attention to detail and strong communciation skills
Experience working in a multi-entity environment is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
