Job Summary:

The Sales Enablement Coordinator reports to the SVP, Sales & Marketing, supporting the daily operations of the Sales & Marketing team. This position will ensure the efficient execution of tasks, streamlined communication, and high-quality support for the entire department.

Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Successfully utilizes various marketing functions (i.e., community proposals, presentations, brochures, industry event registrations and planning, photography session(s) coordination, various websites, social media, press/media, awards
  • Support the Sales leadership team by coordinating and implementing strategies, tools, and training programs designed to enhance sales performance.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new sales hires, including scheduling training sessions and ensuring access to necessary resources.
  • Manage customer and vendor portals, ensuring accurate and timely data management for all sales activities.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of sales meetings, trainings, and other events, including logistics and material preparation, and providing direct support to the SVP, Sales & Marketing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Generate and distribute sales reports for review as needed, on behalf of the Sales & Marketing leadership team.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as applications related to the specific position.
  • Proficiency and basic understanding of CRM software required.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the skillful and defined ability for understanding technology and Company-specific systems.
  • Must be a team player with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills to clearly express ideas, information, and/or concerns with the ability to influence, motivate, and provide feedback.
  • The consistent ability to be resilient and adaptive during fast-paced, sometimes high-stress changes in priorities, situation, direction, and/or when speaking with difficult customers.
  • Must be able to multi-task and have a high degree of self-control to maintain a composed, problem-solving approach when faced with controversial issues and/or pressing time demands.

Supervisory and Managerial Responsibility:

  • Does not supervise or lead.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or other related position.
  • Experience working in the real estate industry, especially manufactured housing, highly preferred.

Travel Requirements/Work Environment Conditions

  • Some travel to communities may be required.
