Job Summary:
The Sales Admin supports the sales and marketing team by managing leads, setting appointments, delivering exceptional service to our customers and residents, and supporting marketing efforts.
What You'll Do
- Manage and generate leads for Sales Consultants, including organizing prospects, scheduling appointments, and supporting timely follow-up.
- Greet customers, prospects, and residents professionally while delivering responsive support throughout the sales process.
- Process home sales in accordance with company business plans, selling philosophy, and required sales procedures.
- Track customer traffic, lead sources, communications, follow-up activity, and sales pipeline updates using company-designated tools.
- Maintain accurate home inventory records, available home lists, new home arrivals, sold homes, customer files, and related administrative records.
- Support marketing efforts by auditing materials, maintaining digital listings, capturing home photos and videos, and assisting with company-sponsored events.
- Maintain open communication with community and regional team members, while completing administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, inside sales, CRM tools, or similar prospecting and lead-management work.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and lead-tracking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep listings current.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the urgency needed to respond quickly to prospective customers and active leads.
- Comfortable using Hubspot, Facebook Marketplace, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and other sales or marketing systems; manufactured housing or real estate experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to create compelling listing copy, review photos, maintain accurate records, and follow company policies and procedures.
- Professional, self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-centered environment while meeting deadlines and goals.
- Ability to problem-solve, accept feedback, collaborate with sales and operations teams, and work nights and weekends as needed.
