Job Summary:
The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple thriving communities. In this key leadership role, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly—driving performance in resident satisfaction, occupancy, community appeal, team operations, and financial results.

What You'll Do

Lead Multi-Community Operations: Oversee the daily performance, appearance, and safety of multiple residential communities—ensuring high standards in maintenance, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Drive Financial Success: Manage budgets, control costs, optimize revenue, and handle rent collections, evictions, and vendor contracts to meet and exceed financial goals.

Champion Resident Relations: Build strong community connections by planning engaging resident events, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a welcoming, service-oriented environment.

Ensure Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Enforce company policies and legal regulations while maintaining safe, organized, and compliant workplaces for staff and residents alike.

Empower High-Performing Teams: Set clear goals, mentor staff, monitor performance, and promote growth through feedback, recognition, and development opportunities.
